HOPE Poster! does exactly what you would expect…creates the famous Obama/Hope poster effect. You can adjust the effects somewhat, and you also have a choice of other colors to use.
A note on the pictures: “Shmoo” is Jasper the Boston Terrier’s silly nickname. That was the first picture I created with the app, and it was sort of a joke, but I did like the way it turned out, so to create an even number of gallery images, I included it here even though his “official” picture was hopified as well. And he’s the most photogenic of everyone.
